Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-5 business days.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is 5-25 business days after processing time. Please note this may vary based on location and potential customs delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is currently free on all orders.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

You do not pay any taxes or import duties, these are covered by us. Should your local customs authority still charge you on delivery, contact us at support@paperstraight.com and we will reimburse you.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a link to your order’s tracking information. This enables you to monitor your shipment and see when it’s expected to arrive. We ship from multiple warehouses, so items from one order can arrive in separate packages.

RETURNS
